searching for material

yes.. i'm doing survey for our soon-home-finally.. hehe.. well.. really luv to start with d :

1) bedroom -ours n nadira's(since day time was for working time, so @ home will b nap/sleeping time);

2) then dining area ( need dis area so much, as it'll can b a temporary office area);

3) living room ( will start with a carpet, few cushions, tv rack. need a lot of surveying to find d most likable sofa.. hehe..);

4) then kitchen.. simply coz we'll b spending much time in bed.. hehe;P

i'm thinking of going to decor/design in phases so that we can work within our current budget and still prepare d house to live in;)..

here some of ideas i'm keen to design our home.. but will not copy them.. just take d ideas n design it my own way ( well, i'm a former assistant architect, n i'll make use of it ).

idea for bedroom : modern romantic ( as for nadira, still not getting d concept yet ). but dis 1 kind of dull-grey.. shud spice it up with colors.. mayb pink, purple, brown or blue.. d bed decor will b simple to design, d wardrobe is d major thing.. huhu.. d house will b not so big, same with d bedroom. so must design d wardrobe carefully. yup.. i'm going to design&build d wardrobe. our clothes will never going to fit an ordinary wardrobe..

as for dining+living area, thinking of these..
d design was simple n did d area look spacious ;

luv d tv rack, a long or high book rack is needed as i'm having lots of books n magazines to be kept in ;


luv d dining set furnitures.. n d mirror, luv it too.. but d area is so spacious n all d furniture looks great.. really need to survey a lot to find d best furniture for our liv+dine area coz don't them to look crowded with stuff.. huhu..

all designs were great in pics.. so now, need to design my own way.. really appreciate any comment from my viewers.. thanx;))

sept 2010 labuan trip

last sunday me n nadira went to labuan, as on monday me n hubby had appointment with d laywer of spnb for signing d S&P agreement( we bought our house from spnb ). d flight was on 0705, so i woke up as usual 4am then start packing. also prepared nadira's breaskfast as we'll arrive in labuan about 0735. we arrived @ hubby's house around 0815 coz we went to d town 1st to buy my breakfast.. hehe.. yup, i didn't fast as need to feed nadira from early morning. n i didn't fast few days back as whenever i felt really tired, having gastric, headache n dizzy, i'll break my fast;P.. well, i was tired n lost lot of water by talking n teaching in class, pumping d BF n also feeding nadira..

back to d house matter, here's d front view of d house. not as thought in my mind before.. looks like 'cikai2' or truly simple of front elevation of a intermediate terrace house. so need some adjustment later (already included in my future task.. hehe;P). now will focus of d interior 1st..

o ya.. nadira was so happy for visiting labuan again.. less crying n she luv to be pampered by her abah;)) here r some pics during waiting @ kkia:





juz on d 8th, we went back home to kk. dis time abah drove us to kk. d ferry was scheduled on 0730, n as usual only leaving labuan @ 0800.. we arrived @ menumbok on 0930. d road to kk was kind of jammed. so many cars heading to kk. we stopped @ atok udin's house 1st(abah's dad). feeding nadira her lunch then we drove to seri gaya(bapa tua's house- my dad's house). yup..dis raya we'r celebrating @ kk. mayb during 1st n 2nd day raya's evening we'll go to membakut for visiting my mom's family. d rest, just staying in kk waiting for ppl's invitation for their 'open house'.. haha.. mayb next year we'll be having our own 'open house'..;P

nadira 10th months photos

tomorrow, on 23rd, nadira will b 11th months old. now only got d time to upload her pic.. huhu.. as i was bz with school work n parenting alone..


hubby got offer letter from spnb today, regarding d house we'd applied for in labuan. d price was 214k. now searching for d best house loan deal.. then need to prepare another 30k for deposit n other extra fee to pay.. huhu.. not forgetting furnishing d house with fan n lamp.. huhu.. anyway must settle d 2k deposit by dis wednesday.. or d offer will b given to others.. hubby got 1k, so need another 1k.. hopefully my arrears since last yr will be included in my salary dis month.

d house was under construction now. 2-storey terrace house- intermediate unit. hubby said will take pic of d house after d deposit matter settled. so have to wait to see our future house;)

for now, we already have d bed set, a-cond, lcd tv, wash machine, fridge, cooking stove, kettle. mayb will add later for d :

1) panasonic microwave ( i luv panasonic appliances )
2) panasonic blender
3) large carpet ( for living room )
4) ikea sofa
5) ikea coffee table
6) ikea dining table set
7) ikea stuff for future nadira's bedroom
8) kitchen stuff

will think for other stuff to be installed or put in d house.. really can't wait;))

raya n future planning..

mm.. while waiting for nadira's body temperature to be decreased, i'm blogging about future.. not totally about future.. just a few things of it.

raya 2010.. hubby said maybe we're not going to semporna this year, because something coming up.. and hubby was just went there last month during his grandmom passed away and kenduri arwah. well, now the buying house matter is almost wish coming through.. and need a lot money to have 1.. so maybe we'll be celebrating eidul fitri this year @ kk, as need a lot of money if we're going to semporna ( as planned nadira and me will take flight from kk while hubby drive all the way to semporna bringing our stuff, then we're going to stay @ hotel during 4 days there). so for now the plan has been postponed..

there's a new residential area @ labuan. and most probably will be open end of this year. hubby's already in the line of booking for buying it. either double storey or single storey terrace house. hopefully we can make it to have 1.. can't wait to have own house and decorating it.. for now, we already had our own car and hubby has started to make up her.. yes, it's our other baby.. haha.. no la.. it's the car, toyota wish. hubby had added body kit @ skirting for her. and other planning for the car :

1) new rims and tyres ;
2) new installer for the dvd player ( as it's in japanese language ) ;
3) gps ( already installed before we bought it, but now only have japan map, so need to buy malaysia's map cd ) ;
4) lcd screen ( i've wanted this for so long ;P ) ; and
5) sound system (hubby said, if we buy lcd screen, must get this too).

stuff i like..

good news.. juz on friday i found out dat nadira had her 6th teeth. hehe.. and she bite quite rough now. esp during BF.. huhu.. hurts me on d nipple..

oo ya.. stuff i like.. suddenly i looked around d room n thinking d stuff i like since i'm starting to pack some stuff (for labuan) n actively will do d packing during fasting month. n then got d idea to blogging.. hehe..

again.. stuff i like.. my handbags (luv all of my 4 guess handbags - 2 blacks, gold n cream ). 1 of them starts to tear @ d exterior (d d cream 1).. so need to buy 1 more.. haha.. more shopping?;P mayb.. luv white colour things too.. mm.. 4 now i hav macbook laptop (white), bed set( all white - bed, wardrobes, chest drawers, chest drawer with mirror, nadira's cot ), toyota wish mpv (white), and in d future will have my own house with d interior in white.. hehe..

o ya.. cute stuff esp in pink colour too.. as totes (i have 2 large pink totes), pencil case, small coin purse, handphone cover, shawls n 'tudung', n also most of d clothes in my wardrobe. almost pink. hehe..

meaning dat i luv simple n cute stuff.. n now 'pinkish' nadira in d making ;P..

p/s-sometimes i like bling2 stuff too..

yes.. nadira's starting to imitate people waving.. n she likes to make funny faces too.. n also more manja. now she's 7 months n 3 wks. can't wait to see more about her to come;P.. tooth? not yet. but she likes eating banana n papaya. she'll make happy face when eating them..

my hubby will b back to kk on d 3rd. then we drive to labuan on d 6th. then me n nadira will b back to kk on d 14th by flight. hopefully d car dealing will run smoothly.. yes.. we getting a new car.. it's a recon toyota wish. 1 wish from my wish list is going to be happen. yeah! next? most probably getting a house.. still surveying d location n price. really 1 2 hav a terrace house, end or intermediate unit.

i'm not feeling well dis few days. having flu, sore throat, headache n also coughing.. huhu.. felt so uncomfortable.. hopefully to get well very soon.. really dun 1 nadira to b affected with me. i rather sick than having her sick.
