april 2013 ;)) - pt. 1

had been in kk last month, 5-7th april ;)) very pack n tiring weekend, but alhamdulillah we've got d chance 2 meet our big family.

5.4.13 : after arrived @ kk, went 2 sunny supermarket 2 buy few groceries n arissa/nadira stuff.

6.4.13 : juz d nex day we got d chance 4 window shopping n shopping few new garments esp 4 mr hubby ;)) @ esprit bought myself a blouse, nadira's t-shirt n hubby t-shirt n long pants. also got nadira her adidas shoes wit sox n hubby's jacket @ d vincci's. then went 2 in-law's house in d afternoon. after dat went 2 d cake baker. got arissa's bday cake wit d planning 2 cut d cake. but after arrive @ tmn seri gaya, my mom n dad was getting ready 4 my cousin's kenduri 4 her late husband 40th day. so we'd 2 postpone 4 d cake.

7.4.13 : we cut n eat d cake in d next morning b4 going back 2 lbn in d evening - d ferry was @ 9pm. very packed n exhausting visit d time, but so happy 2 meet our family in kk, n not 4getting 4 d shopping ;))

plan 2 go back 2 kk dis school holiday in may, but need 2 settle lots of work 1st b4 entering d dis yr's 2nd semester of school.

felt so relief 4 yesterday ceremony;)) although we had difficulties during preparing 4 arissa's event ( late arrival of d doorgift, so had 2 buy new 1, staying until late nite 4 pasting d thank u tag sticker n etc). but alhamdulillah d ceremony went well;))

thanks 2 family n frens who came n share d special day wit us;)) not 4getting all d wonderful gifts. we'r really appreciate them;D

arissa's 1st BIG day preparation (pt. 2)

1.4.2012 : done shopping 4 nadira n arissa @ parkson, 1-borneo.



nadira's - d purple T n pearl white overall dress from baby kiko.. yes.. she still can wear their XL size ;p
arissa's - cream sleeveless dress wit pants n a set of 2 white n pink socks, both from trudy & teddy.. finally got dis 4 her as planned ;)) except 4 d big size (3-6m).. parkson 1-b really had limited choices n sizes of trudy & teddy garments.

2.4.2012 : got nadira n arissa headbands from bella shyanne, kk-based handmade hair accessories (knew them tru' fb).

i'd purchased a creamy cotton-jersey jubah dress from fb too.. will alter it later since it was a free size dress while i'm d petite XS size ;p

arissa's 1st BIG day preparation (pt. 1)

done d e-invitation card yesterday.. n invited close family n frens tru fb;))




n dis gold 'alas dulang' ( used during my wed day -nikah ), i used it as example 4 arissa's new 'alas dulang'.. hehe;p



dis is it.. accordingly 2 d PURPLE theme;))



lots of differences, as mine was d.i.y. n so simple as i had limited sources.. guna jak apa yg ada d rmah ;p



n 2day afternoon, d door gift bags hav arrived;)) i'd ordered them from fb, DoorGift Love Roselle.. woven style purple-pink vantage medium size bag 150pcs n organza style plain purple small size bag 100pcs, got a free pink vantage nail clipper..




also bought choclairs sweets 4 d kids guest n waiting 4 d yasin 4 d adult guest 2 b arrived by tuesday ;))



n arissa was trying her lay-place of d event. i had 2 transform my mom's sofa stool as nadira's cot bed has been brought 2 labuan.. huhu..

moving on..

officially we moved 2 our new house @ 29th jan 2012, n it's my lil' bro, lalan's bday 2..

during d same week, we moved all of our stuff from d rent house slowly. hav 2 wait 4 hubby's nite shift or off-day, so we moved d things during day time. cleaning d house on d 28th, wit d help of mcik shima, my school's cleaner. n on d 29th, used d logistic company service 2 move d rest of our stuff ( d heavy stuff - fridge, cooking cabinet, computer rack, washing machine, books etc ).

dis was d look after few days staying @ our new house :

then, on d 1st feb, our casa living n dining sets arrived all d way from kk;)) also we pay extra 2 casa 4 bringing our ikea bed set, cushions dat we bought from kaison, also d sponsored btc's curtain by my mom ( all 5 sets of curtains ). later will
upload d pics, haven't got d chance yet. oo ya, dad also sponsored 2-pcs of carpets 4 our living room;)) bought a week earlier @ fancy carpet, labuan, during their 1 nite stay sending my sis 2 kml ( labuan matriculation college ).

d house haven't complete 4 d electrical wiring n grille installation yet. most probably will b completed by dis week. hubby sent us 2 kk on d 5th 4 my maternity leave n mayb we'll b back 2 lbuan in april. we'll do d house warming soon after dat. as i'm back 2 work on 7th of may.

so, will update all d pics of our house dat time;)) not forgetting our new baby princess, arissa.. insyaAllah she'll b named wit arissa meaning 'bright'.. still searching 4 her 2nd name. must b pretty as her big sis name, alana nadira;))
