November 2014

a very late post for november 2014. few event happened such as SKBK's TNT Club Annual Dinner, PML Plant 1 Group 2 Family Day, nadira's convocation day (just taking pictures since only 6 years old can receive the cert on stage😅), and etc.

brought nadira @ our school staff annual dinner @ Dorsett Grand Labuan. 

i was the secretary for the committee, which so much work to be done for the event ; letters, sponsorships, lucky draw hamper gifts & vouchers.

the event was on the 10th november with the 'Wedding of the Year' theme. i was wearing my 'nikah' dress. luckily its still fit my body. haha.. was thinking a lot what to be worn for the event, either this or my gold 'sanding' dress. hmm.. but a complete wedding dressing which had been worn by another staff had won the queen for the night😅

april 2013 ;)) - pt. 2

april was a very busy day 4 me. juggling between class n hurdle training every morning 4 d past 8 wks since march. d msswpl track & field championship was held on 24-27 april, which d 80m hurdle event took place on d 26th. 2 boys n 2 girls of 2 teams under 12 yrs old.

d event was happening since my school was cheering 2 support our track & field team. wit few catchy motivating songs, lyric by some of d teachers ;)).

1 girl of my team juz able 2 get 4th after minor injury of her feet. n only 5th n 7th place 4 both of d boys. hard luck dis time.. but alhamdulillah our school won d championship 4 primary school wit 4 gold, 2 silver n 2 bronze medals ;))

in sha Allah will do d best again nex yr 4 d skbk's sports team.. hockey? no news yet @ d moment. hav 2 settle panitia kh matter 1st, updating n upgrading d filing, inventory, n more stuff.

raya celebration @ my school

we're celebrating raya 4 d school @ 20.9.2011, which d event was quite simple but d parents came were totally out of numbered. haha.. so, d teachers hav to share with d pupils 4 d food.. luckily their food were a lot;))

4 d 1st time i felt d close relationship with my cholics here.. well, b4 dis only dealing tru' classes, work.. but having brunch n singing 4 d raya karaoke was quite fun.. still missing d lok yuk environment;)) hope everything will b better esp nex yr.. as few cholics is applying 4 transfer, n mayb i'll b appointed 2 do more work 4 2011.. so will keep on bz again..

d baby's coming mid of february.. so better plan 2 do something 4 our new house during nov/dec (during school break). esp searching 4 d home furniture n appliances;)) can't wait..

thank u so much 4 a big appreciation.. gifts, flowers, wishes.. all can't describe how much we'll missed each other in d future.. still i've life to move on n so r LOK YUKians.. 2 1/2 yrs time was a short time but a great experience to know all kinds of ppl, life styles n not forgetting dealing with all sorts of ups n downs..

congratulations for those who made it.. n try again to whom failed to transfer.. never quit to try..

as 4 me.. it's my 2nd time applying, n alhamdulillah i've made it;)) juz a bit worried for leaving all d jobs.. n ppl whom i've comfortable with.. but still need to spread my wings n fly;)) meaning that, other ppl needs me 4 something, as i need my lil family 2 move on.. become stronger n more mature handling all sorts of school matter, including ppls' attitude;p no body's perfect, but trying ur best is d best thing 2 do.. so juz pray dat do good things will giv u d same too.. til then;)..

yup.. i think nothing much change from last year.. guess what.. still keep on bz with school work.. still appointed 4 more than basic work task..

1) Living Skills' @ KH teacher
2) Mathematics' teacher ( dis 1 is my new task )

4) KWAPM ( Poor Pupils' Fund ) Coordinator

not forgetting special task :

1) PIBG @ parents & teacher association committee
2) Hockey Coach ( school level )

it's fine with me.. but why only hardworking ppl @ ppl with multi-task ability are appointed to do lots of work, while others @ lazy ppl, just doing nothing ( only teaching ).. huhu.. more load work but same salary n appreciation from d administrator.. yup d administrator juz said ' thank you to all teachers ' @ our last meeting last yr. so confused, what is actually a teacher's task in school?

lots of new task will b appointed since it's still in january n lots of other school's activities will b organized.. what was i'm really not satisfied for all dis? well, u can talk, but pls do ur work. not judging ppl's work but doing nothing.. yup.. dat also happened last yr.. a little happy also, as d school is having new Senior Assistant Registrar. as she's kind of multi-task n bold person. hopefully lazy ppl will b eyes-opened by her ;P

didn't hav d time yet 4 my blog.. really bz wit school work... so tense n tired.. lot of things 2 tell.. huhu.. can't wait 4 school break.. another 1 month 2 go;(

stress? yes.. do shopping.. yippie;))

got problem with wifi @ home.. dunno why can't get connected when using mac os.. huhu..dun like using windows.. really missed blogging.. haha;P it was since thursday as i remembered..

really felt stressed out today. last friday i have to last minute took leave coz nadira's nannny have to go to her hometown @ papar as her grandmom was passed away in early morning d same day. i guess it was only for a day or two.. but it became more than a week.. i skipped d saturday 'pupils report card day', had another leave on monday. and guess wat.. juz another 1 day leave for dis year.. argh... went to school dis morning.. felt so irritated. some of d teacher talk @ my back.. as usual they juz jealous or felt unhappy if some1 didn't go to school.. hello.. i have to take care 4 my lil' baby.. as no 1 can take care of her @ d moment. luckily hubby's @ home since sunday. so dis morning n 2morow he'll taking care of nadira. but he's leaving on wednesday noon.. meaning on thusday, friday n saturday i need some1 to baby sit nadira.. huhu.. got few offer @ school, few teacher wanted to look after nadira when i'm in class. but nadira stranger anxiety was so high.. mm..

need to negotiate wit d boss tomorow.. dis thing really makes me stress.. can't rely on my family.. they're bz wit their own life. malas mo cerita sini.. nnti ada lg yg tersinggung..
so, juz ignore to get help from their side.. mm.. wat matter happens, must off from school dis 3 days.. nadira was so fussy, so i can't bring her to work.. surely she'll cry all-day @ work..

the end with d story.. now d better story.. shopping.. haha.. dis 3 days.. went shopping n dining during evening time.. went to suria, having early dinner meal @ kenny rogers yesterday n today went to 1-borneo, bought some make up item.. since hubby got body kit for his mpv, so i got myself face kit.. haha.. got MAC items such as prime liquid base, compact powder wit case, mascara, 2 eyeshadow, eyeliner, lip conditioner, cleansing oil.. shopping makes me happy.. cheer up a little for today;))

hopefully dis week will end quite good.. can't stand d pressure from talk-back environment. really can't understand them.. why do taking care own child @ home was such a big thing.. this is emergency matter. n i have rights when things happen dis way.. now i really understand why it's hard for being a teacher, seems like ur life is for others, not for u or ur family..

back to school..

it's been a while since my last post.. mm.. back to school again next week. spending a lot of time wit nadira.. n hardly 2 finish my pupil's exam papers marking. alhamdulillah, finished marking all 14 classes dis morning. started d marking since early school break.. sigh..

mm.. wanna share nadira's latest pics.. taken last friday. she really luvs to watch cartoons, tv commercials, everything with children voice n sound of music.. hehe.. example - tv3 commercials. n sometimes she'll sing-a-long too..




n through d school break, manage to online window shopping. n guess wat, i bought 2 garments for nadira. 1 carter's jumpsuit with footie, n 1 romper dress also from carter's. n also booked 3 more jumpsuits with footie, as 2 bought for nadira n 1 is for my fren's boy, aiman. wonder if he fits it, as he's a chubby 7 month old baby boy. hehe..

been searching 4 things to buy for dis coming raya n soon labuan life. hehe..like confirm i'm transfering.. hopefully i will.. searching n surveying for my raya shawls, nadira's dress n shoes, corelle dish set, tupperware items, n also iphone 4. yes.. i can't hardly wait to have 1. maxis said they'll have it in september. but i'm dying like.. NOW.. to have 1. mm.. seems like have to wait..

off to take my shower.. will have a long bz nite 2nite, need 2 complete my lesson plan for d whole june classes. i've been skipping it since early june due to my busyness for teacher day celebration, exam week... bla2.. hehe..

finally done a make over 4 my blog. not dat good, but quite okay since my time is 4 nadira;). thanx 2 shabbyprincess.com n myblogmakeover.blogspot.com..

d kenduri went well.. but now i'm having sore throat since lack of water drinking due 2 bz wit caring nadira d whole kenduri day n d hot weather on friday.

2morow will b school day again.. but i'm very excited as on d 8th my hubby's coming home 4 12 days.. yeah! but my dad will leave 4 umrah d same day 2.. hope everything will run smoothly 4 my family.. amin..

older nadira..

yes nadira's getting older n mature day after day. still can't believe she's so big rite now wit her tiny body but bright mind;)). now she can fell asleep on her own witout n slept for 4-5 hours all night. only sometimes she wake up 4 getting fed.

as nadira gets older, she also sometimes start to cry when i went 2 d bathroom or leave the room 4 a while and will get excited when i come back. she will get very excited when she 1 2 be picked up after seeing me. nadira also become clingy and anxious around new (and even familiar) people and will cry if a stranger suddenly approaches her. but then smile from distance when d person try 2 approach wit her again. minta puji ni bah ;P

nadira now sees and hears very well rite now. from far she already see me clearly;). her bubbling sounds is kind of showing her feelings such as happiness, eagerness, uncomfortable etcetra..

she had her 5 months immunization (Hep B DTP / Hib / Polio) on d 25th feb n got fever d nex day @ 3am. but she didn't being fussy or crying 4 it. juz being playful as usual;). so i fed her panadol from d kkia (klinik ibu dan anak). but guess wat, d medicine wasn't effective. nadira's body was still @ high temperature. so i brought her 2 polyclinic permai @ noon n after being fed wit d medicine once, she's getting better. juz d fact dat, government stuff wasn't good enough. so better spend more money esp 4 d health of ur family, but thanx 2 petronas. d medical fees was free 4 us;)).

now it's likely nadira was ready 4 her solid food. but i didn't prepare yet 4 her food n d feeding item (spoon n food container). still searching what is worth 2 buy.n i'd already bought her nestle's plain rice cereal, heinz's baby food in small jar n drinking cup. it's avent's.
well.. got dis from a we bsite dat says a baby r ready 4 her solid food when :

* Shows signs of hunger before his usual feed time
* Dribbles and puts things in his mouth
* Can sit up with support
* Shows an interest in your food

mm.. most of d time, nadira 1 2 b fed. then everything she reach, she'll put into her mouth. yup, she'd started sitting wit support.n of coz, she's always interested 4 everything i ate. kunyam2 mulut tengok mama makan kan cundut? ;P will try 2 feed her solid food during d school break. now i'm so bz wit school work.

d hockey tournament will b held on 22nd march, need 2 train d students. huhu.. wat a bz march, after bz wit sports day preparation in february. no wonder dr. lalita adviced 2 get glucose drip dis afternoon, i was so exhausted. n d weather made me so so tired.. hopefully april will b settle down month, need 2 complete d smm (sistem maklumat murid) key-in work b4 d deadline (april/may). i'm d school's students data teacher. hope i'll hav d strength 2 do all dis.. amin..
