since yesterday evening, my left breast was engorged (top of it) coz i didn't breastfeed (BFd) more than 3 hrs. d right breast was d latest BFd shift. haha.. it was hard 2 sleep 4 1 nite. n @ nite d engorged area was getting bigger.. huhu.. i check out @ google n did some tips 2 overcome d engorged breast.
1) put hot towel (dat had been soaked in hot water) 2 d breast 2 reduce d pain n let d milk flow; n
2) use hair comb 2 comb @ d whole breast, also 2 make d milk flow; n
3) let nadira BF wit d engorged breast, 2 reduce d swell.
n 2day i brought nadira 2 kkia 4 our appointment after 1 month of her birth. i was healthy wit HB 10.4. thank God.. but i only weight 38kg stil underweight (my previous b4 pregnant was 36-37kg) n nadira was healthy 2.. wit her result:
weight : 3.78 kg
length : 52cm
head circumference : 36cm
chest circumference : 39cm
arm circumference : 11cm
nadira was given Hepatitis B injection n we'll b seeing d nurse again on nex month..
